Family Reunification

GSIC may assist its clients on their passporting needs.  For ease, you may download the Official DFA form (Word Format) thru this site and submit the said form either directly to your local DFA office or to our office and we will handle the processing for you for a minimal fee.

The changes or amendments you need to have done on your passport will determine the requirements  you will need to submit.  These requirements are none negotiable and must be submitted in the form and order DFA requires.
